SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order after payment has cleared (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). After processing, it will take 2-4 business days to receive your product. All orders placed after 3pm CST are considered placed the next business day. All shipments must be signed for at time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For shipping outside of the U.S., please allow 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for all shipping rates including tax, duties, and fees.

PREORDERS: If a product you want to purchase says “low stock” when placing the order, and we notice the item is no longer available and cannot complete your order, we will contact you immediately to give you the option to pre-order. Preorders will take an additional 10-12 days for processing. If you decide you no longer want to make the purchase, we will gladly provide a refund.

Tape In Extensions are currently being processed as Preorders. Please allow an additional 10-12 days to produce outside of normal processing and shipping times.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to health regulations and the nature of our business, all sales are final. We carefully inspect all hair prior to shipment. We only replace items if they are defective and we are notified within 7 days after receipt of the shipment. We only accept exchanges on the same product. Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct texture, color, and length you ordered without cutting the zip ties, elastic band, or opening the bundles. Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been worn/used. We adhere to strict policies regarding federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and unaltered. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, items sent to the incorrect address, or items damaged during shipping by the carrier.

INCORRECT ORDERS
In the event we mistakenly send you the incorrect item(s), you must notify us within 7 days after receipt of the shipment. Simply send us an email at info@balihairboutique.com, and we will gladly provide you with a return label. We only accept exchanges on the same product. Email us the tracking number and once we have received your item(s), a credit will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be processed. Please allow 72 hours for processing.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days, but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending USPS’s investigation results. If the product is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
